The Power of a Peer Community
When you partner with us – and as part of the SFA Partners family – we connect you to peers eager to share firm management and growth ideas. In addition to the events and groups below, we plan numerous opportunities throughout the year – both in-person and virtual – for advisors and their teams to collaborate and dive deep into important topics.
National Conference
Each spring, advisors and their guests gather for educational sessions on topics from growth to continuity planning, all while networking and sharing ideas and best practices. Our host city changes annually and, as part of an effort to give back to the surrounding community, we partner with a local charity and gather donations throughout the event.
Diamond Conference
Each year, we host top advisors and their guests for this special event where ideas are shared in a unique and special setting. Places we’ve traveled to include Curacao, Costa Rica, Montreal, Puerto Rico, and many other interesting and exotic locales.
Fall Workshop for Advisors
This two-day event is focused on advisor growth opportunities and is meant to drill deeply into one or two concepts introduced at the National Conference and other times throughout the year.
SFA Partners Advisory Council
The Strategic Advisory Council serves as a key connection between the advisor community and the Home Office. Made up of a diverse group of advisors with varying firm sizes, structures, and locations, the Council offers insight into the unique needs of independent financial advisors.
Council members represent their peers by raising important issues, sharing best practices, and providing feedback on firm initiatives.
Women Advisors Network
SFA Partners female advisors meet throughout the year, both virtually and in-person. The women-only dialogue is unique in that it offers a particularly supportive environment for building relationships and sharing personal and business development strategies.
